I purchased a 2022 Rx350 here at the end of 2021. To this day (Sept 7 2023) I am happy about this purchase. They sold me a maintenance plan that added very little to my monthly payments. I HIGHLY recommend getting this plan. Jeff King is the one in charge of servicing the vehicle every few thousand miles. He sends Mike over to pick the car up at my home, leaves a loaner, takes care of everything, and even sends a video of all the stuff they're doing to the car.
